The competition is officially launched with a Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) on June 14, 2010. The competition will occur in two phases:

Phase 1 - Call for EOI:  EOI submissions are due via hard copy at 4pm Mountain Time on July 30, 2010. Qualification and submission criteria are detailed in the Call for EOI (below).

Phase 2 - The Competition: This phase is restricted to the finalist design teams selected from EOI submissions.
